Snack Time! Goat Cheese & Tomato Triscuits

If you’re like me and you have horrendous cravings for carbs and cheese and chocolate…well, here’s something you should consider trying. I’ve been working on a detox lately, and this is one of my favourite snacks. I’ve been using it to replace less healthier options, and the combination of goat cheese and honey works like a charm.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1/2 tomato.
1 sprig of parsley.
1 piece of goat cheese.
1 teaspoon of honey.
5 Rosemary and Olive Oil Triscuits.

Instructions:

Cut the goat cheese (more like crumble) into pieces and place on Triscuits.
Chop the tomatoes and place on top of goat cheese.
Chop (or tear) parsley and place pieces on top of tomato.
Drizzle honey over Triscuits.

See, easy peasy! In 5 minutes you’ve beat your cravings your pizza and brownies. Trust me.
