This recipe is quick and easy, and will have you dining like you’re at a 5 star restaurant without the hefty bill afterwards.
1 slice of Butter
2 slices of Smoked Salmon
1 branch of a Green Onion
Half a Tomato
2 slices of Goat Cheese
A handful of Spinach
A dash of Cilantro
Half an Apricot
Add butter to a pan and heat on medium. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, beat and pour in pan. Add smoked salmon, green onion, tomato, goat cheese and cilantro to omelet and wait for the edges to turn golden brown. When ready, flip half the omelet over and let the ingredients cook further. Serve with slices of apricot or another type of fruit. Add a dash of cilantro on top of the omelet for show.
Serves 1, but double the recipe to dine with a partner or a friend.
Recommendation: Throw sparkling wine and orange juice into a pitcher to create mimosas, grab two glasses and spread a blanket outside for a fancy afternoon picnic in the backyard.
