Nothing says summer more than sipping a piña colada beachside! A traditional piña colada contains alcohol, but we’re opting for a healthy, non-alcoholic version that you can make for breakfast or a quick snack.
Homemade whipped cream (optional):
Take a can of full-fat coconut milk and place in the fridge overnight. The next day, open the can and you will see the solidified coconut milk. Scoop the thickened coconut milk into a cold mixing bowl, leaving the watery substance in the can. Add a drop of vanilla and mix with a hand mixer for a few minutes until you get a whipped cream consistency.
Place a dollop of whipped cream on your piña colada smoothie for extra sweetness. Enjoy this cool smoothie on a hot day!
