If you’re looking for something refreshing and energizing to start your day off right, this green juice is a quick and easy choice. Packed with iron and other vitamins, it’s sure to give you the nutrients you need as well as help aid health issues such as fatigue, acne and PMS migraines.
As someone who used to get unmanageable fatigue, terrible acne and hormonal related migraines frequently, I swear by this juice, along with 20 minutes of exercise daily. While I’m not saying it’s a magic elixir, adding more fruits and vegetables to your daily routine is certainly going to help make you healthier. This green juice makes enough for 2 large glass jars, which is enough for 2 mornings or 4 mornings if you split them in half. Don’t let its dark green appearance fool you; it’s a sweet, light pick-me-up that works well on its own or alongside a meal. The total is about $10 CAD, about as much as a small juice from a juice bar.
1 head of celery
1 large cucumber
1 package of spinach
Add everything to your juicer. Pour into 2 large glass jars, shake up and serve.
